Suited to
Who books the suite instead of a king room
Anyone staying more than two or three nights
About 307 sq ft against roughly 246 for a standard king. Over a week that extra room stops being a luxury and starts being the difference between living in a room and sleeping in one.
Guests who need somewhere to sit that is not the bed
The suite has a separate living area. Every other room on the property puts the bed, the desk and the television in one space; this is the only type where they are not all the same room.
Anyone working from the room
A separate bedroom means the working day and the sleeping space are not the same four walls. For a contractor or a travelling professional on a long stay, that is worth the $27 over a king more than any amenity would be.
Two people who want the space, not more beds
The suite sleeps two, the same as a standard king. The suite is about space rather than headcount.

The room
The largest room on the property
The suite is about 307 sq ft against roughly 246 for a standard king room. That difference is a separate bedroom with one king bed, and a living area outside it — the only room type on the property where the bed and the sitting space are not the same room.
It sleeps two, the same as a standard king, so it is not the answer for a family of four — a room with two double beds suits that better. What the suite buys is space rather than more beds.
Like every room on the property it has free WiFi with no login, cable TV, air conditioning you control yourself, a mini-fridge, a microwave and a private bathroom with towels changed daily. The door opens directly onto the property with free parking immediately outside.
At $99 it sits above the two-double rooms at $90 and the standard kings at $72. Over a single night that gap is hard to justify; over a week it is the difference between living in a room and sleeping in one.
Practical detail
What the extra space actually gives you
- About 61 sq ft more than a standard king, arranged as a separate bedroom and a living area rather than one larger room.
- The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so there is no window you have to catch. Call (770) 305-0300 at any hour and ask what is available for the nights you need.
- Everything else works as it does across the property: check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM, rooms held until 8:00 PM unless you call, photo ID at check-in, quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, payment at the desk on arrival.
- The suite is a non-smoking room type. There is no smoking version of it — if you need a room you can smoke in, the smoking king and the smoking double are both available.
Included in the rate
What is in the room, and why it matters
Free WiFi
No login page, no device limit and no daily charge. If you are working from the room or streaming in the evening, it is one less thing to sort out at the desk.
Free parking at the door
Rooms open directly onto the property with parking immediately outside, so luggage and tools go straight in. The lot stays lit through the night.
Air conditioning you control
The thermostat is in your room, not on a building system. Guests sleeping during the day set it how they want it.
Mini-fridge
Milk, medication, leftovers, tomorrow’s lunch. On a stay of more than two nights it stops being a nicety.
Microwave
Reheat what you brought back rather than going out again. Guests on weekly rates use it more than anything else in the room.
Cable TV
A flat-screen with cable channels, which on a long evening in an unfamiliar town is worth more than it sounds.
Private bathroom
Every room has its own, with towels changed daily and more available from the desk at any hour.
Daily housekeeping
Rooms are serviced every day. If you are sleeping days, tell the desk and we will skip yours and leave fresh towels instead.
24-hour front desk
Someone is at the desk at every hour, so arrival time is never the problem it is at properties with a check-in window.
Food delivery welcome
Drivers can bring orders to your room door or leave them at the desk. There is no restaurant on site, so this is how most guests eat in.
The area
Where the property sits
Whichever room grade you end up in, the location is the same: Old Dixie Highway, which is US 19/41 here, less than a mile south of I-75 Exit 235.
- Durtybirds Southern Kitchen on Upper Riverdale Road, under half a mile away
- Taste of Tara, a breakfast and brunch room on Tara Boulevard about half a mile south
- Cantina1942, a Mexican restaurant on Tara Boulevard about a quarter of a mile away that serves until midnight on weeknights and 3am on Fridays and Saturdays
- a 24-hour Waffle House about a hundred yards up the road
