The distance

Over the county line, on the highway

Fayetteville is south-west of us, over the line into Fayette County, and it is a noticeably different market — leafier, newer and priced to match. Families visiting for the weekend often find the sums work better staying on this side and driving across. Our double rooms take four people on a single room rate, which is usually where the saving actually comes from.

The property is at 6358 Old Dixie Highway in Jonesboro. On this stretch Old Dixie Highway is US 19/41 — the route that carried traffic south long before the interstate did, and which becomes Tara Boulevard heading further down. I-75 Exit 235 is less than a mile north of the front desk, so whichever direction you are coming from, you are on and off the highway quickly.

Questions

Staying here for Fayetteville

How far is Fayetteville?

South-west, over the line into Fayette County.

Can four of us share one room?

Yes. Double rooms have two double beds and sleep up to four on a single room rate, which is usually where the saving comes from compared with two rooms.

Why is it cheaper to stay here than in Fayetteville?

Fayette County is a newer and more expensive market. Staying this side of the county line generally changes what a family weekend costs.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Yes, and smoking rooms too — kept in genuinely separate wings rather than the same corridor with different signage.

Can I bring a pet?

Pets are welcome in our designated pet rooms, which are smoking rooms with two double beds — we have no non-smoking pet rooms. Restrictions apply. Call the front desk before booking with your dog’s size to confirm and get the pet fee.

Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?

Yes — weekly from seven nights and monthly from 28, quoted by the front desk rather than published.

Is there food at the motel?

No restaurant, bar, coffee shop or breakfast service. There is complimentary coffee at the front desk from 7 to 11 AM, a mini-fridge and microwave in every room, a 24-hour Waffle House about a hundred yards away, and food delivery is welcome to your door.

What does a room cost?

Rates vary by room type, day of the week and season, so rather than publish a figure that may not apply to your dates, call the front desk on (770) 305-0300 for tonight’s rate. There is no booking fee and nothing is charged until you arrive.
